Features
Everything you need to understand
what your users actually want.
Capture automatically. Cluster with AI. Read the briefing Monday morning. Every feature below runs without you having to do anything after setup.
The Pot
One feed. Every source. Nothing missed.
The Pot is the unified chronological feed of everything captured — emails, X mentions, Reddit posts, support tickets, app reviews, all in one place. Filter by source, sentiment, tag, or person. Click any item to read the full thing. Keyboard-navigable.
Tabs split the feed into To You (direct messages) and About You (public mentions) so you can focus on what matters right now without losing the full picture.

AI Briefing
Plain English. Every Monday morning.
The Briefing is a 2–4 paragraph AI-generated narrative that answers one question: what did your users say this week? It starts with the most important thing, weaves in specific quotes, and links directly to the items behind each claim.
Generated fresh on a schedule — every 6 hours on Starter, 2 hours on Growth, 1 hour on Scale. Manual refresh available. Cached so page load is instant.

Pricing came up eight times this week across four different channels. Three users asked the same question about how the item limit works — slightly different phrasings, same root confusion. The Zapier request reappeared for the sixth week running.
Key findings
Pricing page needs a clearer items explainer
Zapier is now a top-3 feature request — 6 weeks in a row
Positive sentiment up 12% vs last week
Patterns
AI clusters what you'd miss manually.
Every night, AI reads all your recent items and clusters them into patterns — recurring themes across sources. "8 people asked about Zapier this week." "Pricing confusion is up 40% vs last week." You see the signal without reading every message.
Patterns can be tracked (you'll get an alert if they spike), merged (combine two related clusters into one), and tagged with a feature status (planned / in progress / shipped) so your public page stays current.

Reports
Weekly digest. Monthly deep-dive. Shareable.
Reports go deeper than the Briefing. The weekly digest emails you a summary of what mattered. Monthly and quarterly reports use Sonnet to generate a full narrative with findings, trends, and recommendations. The annual report uses Opus and can be exported as a PDF.
Every report can be shared via a permanent public link — no login required. All reports use the Anthropic Batch API so generation doesn't block anything.

Analytics
Volume, sentiment, and themes — charted over time.
See how feedback is trending: item volume by day, sentiment breakdown, source quality, and which themes are accelerating. All charts pull from pre-aggregated rollups so the page is instant — no LLM calls on render.
The time range selector matches the one in the Pot. Volume and sentiment charts use the same brand colour tokens as everywhere else — no random colours.

Alerts
Know before your users tell you twice.
Automatic crisis detection watches for volume spikes, negative sentiment surges, and churn-risk clusters. Pattern spikes on tracked themes fire a warning before they become a fire. Everything lands in a chronological feed with one-click acknowledge.
Powered by the detect_crisis LLM purpose — runs nightly alongside the alerts-check job. Severity levels: info, warning, critical. Realtime via Supabase broadcast so new alerts appear without a refresh.
