Terms of Service

1. The service and its operator

whatuserssay is operated by TEXNI VELOCIDAI, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, a company incorporated under Spanish law (Pl. del Dr. Letamendi, 1; 2n floor, 08007 Barcelona, Spain). References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms refer to that entity.

By creating an account or using whatuserssay, you agree to these terms. If you’re using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Account creation and security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. One workspace per account; one product per workspace.

3. Subscription and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are at whatuserssay.com/pricing. Annual billing is charged upfront. Overage is billed at cycle close based on actual usage.

Hard cap: total monthly charges never exceed 2× your base plan price. Starter caps at $78, Growth at $198, Scale at $498.

Billing is processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on the billing cycle. Failed payments result in account suspension after a 7-day grace period.

4. Trial terms

The 14-day trial requires a valid credit card. You are not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. After 14 days, your card is charged for the plan you selected. You can cancel at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use whatuserssay to: scrape or reverse-engineer the service; resell access; capture data about people without a lawful basis; send spam or unsolicited messages; or do anything that would expose us or you to legal liability.

6. Your data

Your data is yours. We process it to provide the service. We do not sell it, share it with other customers, or use it to train AI models. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime on Starter or Growth plans. Scale plan customers receive a 99.5% monthly uptime commitment, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of extended outages exceeding 8 hours, Scale customers may request a pro-rated service credit.

8. Termination

By you: cancel any time from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
By us: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. In cases of fraud or abuse, termination may be immediate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, whatuserssay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
